Beaches Negril Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

This was my first time staying at Beaches Negril and I can say with confidence, I would definitely go again! My friend was renewing her vows for her 20th anniversary and she picked the best location. The food and drinks were great! The atmosphere was definitely warm and the vybez were UP! The day of the wedding, when I tell you the heavens opened up and poured I mean it poured. But they say rain is blessings and man were we blessed. I’d like to give a few shoutouts to the blessings we encountered: Special shout out to : Yanique- she was the first face that greeted us regarding the wedding plans and the last when I left. She definitely is a cool soul and she deserves all the best God has in store for her. Her level of professionalism, but also down to earthness (yea I probably made up a word lol) made our stay that much better. Nickay: my homie (the bride) told her about my energy lol, so one of the first things she said to me was “I heard about you, but good things.” lol so Nickay- here are my good things about you. During the storm you kept a cool head and listened with more than just your ears , but with your heart. Thank you for executing one of the best days for my homie and her husband. Shaneak: listen she is hands down THE BEST bartender an event can ask for. She was always laughing and has such a pleasantry about her. Blessings my sis! To the Epix photography team of: Romone, Candice, Nicolette, and Courtney- honestly you guys captured EXACTLY how we felt about the wedding day. Looking over the pictures, I know for a fact that you were placed specifically to capture the day. I was like dang we look fionnnneee! I can’t wait to see the video lol. DJ Tino- listen to me good when I tell you, this young man has talent. It’s not easy to get a party up and going. You have to capture the vibe, know your crowd, etc. He got it to the point I where I couldn’t eat. I had to stay on the dance floor. There was a fire show going on just on the other side of the party, but we all know where the party was at lol. To the housekeeping staff who attended room 124 from 11/13-11/17/24- I only got Shantel’s name, but thank you for attending to our room with such grace and manner. To my masseuse Chantal: listen her hands are blessed by God Himself. I asked for a massage to also massage my soul, but also bring me back home in one piece and she delivered. My tell tale sign of a phenomenal massage is when you fall asleep. I must say I not only fell asleep, but added some music with my nose lol. Cameisha- my cranberry juice tasted that much better because you served it to me. You serve with such love and light that I pray you are blessed tenfold and more! DJ Ramos from Liquid: mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn when I tell you I was already tired from dancing with the tunes by DJ Tino at the wedding and then you dropped some more tunes, all I could say was girl suck it up and dance! Thank you for setting a great atmosphere for Reggae night. It brought back good old memo

The staff made this hotel great. From Mark, our favorite, bartender, to Cameisha, Natalie, and Kevon. I did not catch the Manager of Soys' name, but she was amazing as well as the servers there. They went above and beyond for my family 4 nights we were there with the best service and food. I will say we left Komonos due to the fact we were not even attended to until 30 minutes after our reservation time, and no chef was there at all during our time which is why 4 stars as opposed to 5. The other stations were all manned. So we left and went back to Soy. The Peruvian Place was excellent as well. The snorkeling was amazing we did it 3 days. We also LOVED just hanging in the pool and the kids loved the water slides, lazy river and park. It was breathtaking scenery and the housekeeping staff did a thorough job as well each day, as did the Café De Paris ladies! Shout out to the staff, weather, and good groundmen for keeping this place beautiful and happy.

This was our first trip to a Beaches resort and we have already booked our next. The beach is stunning, everyone in our group (5 adults 4 kids) had an amazing time and the Jamaican people are lovely. Shout out to our favorite bartender Monique who was so friendly and does an amazing job making guests feel welcome. Sarge the beach lifeguard greeted us with smiles daily and made sure we had what we needed, he even blew up our tube's for us. Ramone did a few photo shoots with us and he got some stunning shots throughout the week. Both chefs at Kimonos, Brandon and Justin were so entertaining and we had an absolute blast. Peruvian meal was the best and Sabrina our server was awesome. We booked Rick's Cafe through beaches for sunset one night and it was so worth it. Everyone in our group ended up jumping off the cliff and it was definitely a trip highlight.

We stayed in the Eventide Suite with butler service for our family of 11. Cherize and Roshayne were amazing! The set up our dining, brought us snacks and drinks, set up a cabana on the beach for us right on front of our room and helped us book excursions and spa treatments. So helpful, so responsive, so friendly! They even helped us get our laundry done. The resort is so beautiful! If you're bored at this resort, it's your own fault. There's so much to see and do, and you don't have to leave the resort to do it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! My daughter did get stung by a jellyfish. Roshayne was there and ready to take her to the nurse. Then a lifeguard walks up, so cool, so calm, and is like, "You need gin and the hot tub, follow me. " I think his name was Jamaro. But he soaked the sting in gin, had her sit in the hot tub a couple of minutes, then repeated the process. It got better so fast! I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a great vacation in a beautiful location!

My 6-year old son and I visited Beaches Negril with a couple of friends recently. I was unsure of what to expect as we were travelling alone. Would it be a lot for a single parent to handle? But, from the moment that we got to the resort, the staff took over. Natalee at Dinos pizza made us feel welcome from the second we sat down for lunch. Thank you! Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. I would suggest that Beaches take out the adjoining room doors to give guests more sound insulation, but that was minor. Janice took care of us at the beach every day. She even made a small tonic drink when my son was having a cough. That helped a lot! A big thank you to Samantha at the Kids Club for letting a mom enjoy her Scuba Diving time. And a big hello to the incredible staff at the diving centre. Akeem, Garth and Fabian were attentive instructors, and Rosemarie, the lady that keeps it all going at the office made it easy to dive. I would recommend snorkelling or scuba diving while you’re there! The best restaurant for us was the Mariachi. Thank you to Jody for taking care of us! The lazy river and pirate island occupied much attention. Our time was spent between that and the beach. It was a lovely stay. Also, the entertainment was brilliant. What a great stay. We will be back!

Having been to Beaches Ocho Rios 3 times now, my family decided to venture out and try a different resort and check out Beaches Negril. There were things we loved, and there were things we thought could have been better, so I'm going to go through each aspect of our trip. Overall, we had a great time and have already booked for another trip in 3 years. Travel - Beaches Negril is located about 75 Km from the airport in Montego Bay, compared to the 112 Km drive to Beaches Ocho Rios. That said, the road deals with far more traffic getting out Montego Bay and is in far worse condition than the road to Ocho Rios, adding to the already aggressive driving style on the island as they are not only swerving to avoid other cars, but multiple pot-holes as well. I can honestly say I got motion sickness on our drive to the resort, though I fully admit that is no fault of Beaches itself, but still should be mentioned for anyone wanting to stay there! Entertainment staff - These were what really made the trip for us. Delly, Nae Nae, and Durshea were the golden trio for us and definitely made the trip one we won't forget. I think we made it to more night time shows on this trip than we had collectively from our previous 3 trips to Beaches, and there was never a dull moment with any of them! Their energy, personality, and passion for what they do make me excited, more than anything else, to come back to Beaches Negril!!! The fire show, the stage performances, and the dancing were all incredible to watch. The water show the last night was the best way to end our trip. I never would have imagined ending our trip by jumping in the pool fully dressed!!! Dining - Obviously everyone will have their own opinions on the dining, based on their own personal tastes and experiences. I was able to eat at every dining option on site during this trip, and I can honestly say I never had a bad meal. I did have bad service once, but that was taken care of later on. - The Mill - We ate here at least once for each meal - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food ranged anywhere from average to decent, with nothing ever being a stand-out item. The overall selection seemed limited compared to other buffets at Sandals/Beaches, but still had an acceptable variety. The service here though was not as good as I've come to expect in the past, and in all honesty we ended up eating at the buffet far less than we have from any prior trip. - El Mariachi - We ate here for both lunch and dinner. The dinner was decent. The lunch I felt was better, especially with a nacho bar to snack on. I'll admit I regret not having stopped in here for lunch sooner with as often as we were by the Piazza pool. - Bar B Q Park - This was a great option for some quick food for those hanging out near the Piazza pool and water park area! - Yo Yo's - This was definitely a highlight for my kids.
