Very nice and clean. The gent in front was very helpful and even showed us to our room. The other guest's partied but the noise was at a minimal and off at 10 o'clock.

on arrival, we were met with an empty reception. A guy with a drink in his hand came to the reception after a while. He then could not find our reservation. We left after 30 min to seek other accommodation

I had a not so good experience with the staff member. He demanded proof of payment since my arrival. Most annoying was when he calls me at 06h00 in the morning to remind me to forward the POP. No apologies, nothing.

the service is good only if you could review your transportatation service or could at least try to arrange maxi taxis or any form of transportation for your solo guest or those who travel in public transport to take them to the nearest town or rank

The rooms were not clean, sheets n blankets were dirty and I also felt unsafe at night... The place looks doggy. I did not sleep comfortable. I was just not happy with everything.. Please make sure you clean your rooms and and sheets

Shower is put in toooooo low, like in the bath and does not go above your head. Towel rail is broken. We were two but was supplied 1 cup 1 plate....room is in a terrible condition The look of the place is terrible. Reception is in the garage. Will never use this place again
