是自助型的公寓，應該有不少長住的。酒店停車場很大免費，很適合開車來的。房間還行，對得起這個價格。

This is the third time we have used this hotel as a stop on our way to Italy. We had issues with vehicle on way down so phoned hotel to let them know and key was put into a safe by the door, which was simple to use. We had a family room, which are very spacious and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The first issue was the parking, or lack of it. There seems to be lots of other apartments around the hotel now, all vying for parking space, so either be early or be prepared to park your car on the street and have a walk with your cases etc to the hotel. Maybe a barrier system should be installed so it can be controlled better. The restaurant has changed from the traditional German affair and become an Indian one so limiting the choice for travellers. The breakfast buffet was nowhere near as good as it was before, even though there seemed to be lots to choose from, the quality just didn’t seem the same.

We had peaceful family room for five. Lifts were not working so we had to use stairs. There was no A/C. Pillows and towels were worn out. Corridors smelled Bad.

Excellent place for great price. We arrived after 7 PM and was able to check in in less than five minutes. We went in the room and went back to the check-in desk at 8 PM to ask forWi-Fi password. We found the check in desk was already closed. The room is basic but clean. We were happy for our stay and will try them again next time..

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel con qualche timore, perchè non avevamo trovato recensioni recenti. Siamo rimasti invece molto soddisfatti: camera grande e abbastanza pulita, assolutamente silenzioso di notte, personale gentile, ampio parcheggio. Gli unici problei sono stati: il wifi non arrivava alla camera (ma solo a pochi metri dalla reception) e i letti sono "alla tedesca" con piumone senza lenzuolo e guanciale soffice

Van de buitenkant ziet het er minder positief uit dan dat het is vonden wij. Ligt een beetje achter de ‘drukkere’ wegen. Parkeerplaats is beveiligd en gratis. Op zich voldoende plekken. De familiekamer was schoon en heel ruim. Het was stil in de kamer en op de gang. We hadden geen ontbijt bijgeboekt. Op loopafstand meerdere (fastfood) eettentjes en een supermarkt. Wij hebben niet in het restaurant van het hotel gegeten omdat we het een beperkte kaart vonden. WiFi deed het niet op onze kamer. Naar de receptie gegaan maar die konden het niet oplossen. Prima voor een nachtje op terugreis van onze vakantie.

Hatten das Hotel mit einem Gutschein über eBay günstig gebucht. Zwei Nächte für zwei Personen incl Frühstück. Wir wir hatten das Hotel im Rahmen eines Städtetrips gebucht . Das Hotel ist funktional eingerichtet. Frühstück war ok,da in begriffen. Qualität war gut. Das Hotel ist groß und man ist in ca 10 min am Bahnhof neu Ulm. Von dort fahren im Wechsel Busse /Züge zum Hbf Ulm. Esswnsmöglichkeit ist ein indisches Restaurant im Hotel und ein Dönerimbiss ca 300 m ums Eck. Checkin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt für den Preis wirklich gut. Kleines Minus in Punkto Sauberkeit,und gewisse Handtücher,die Fädenziehen würde ich entsorgen. Das Bett empfinde ich für zwei Personen als schmal ( nur ca 140 breit) Sonst würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen !!
