Looked for an area hotel and reasonable price attracted me to this Inn. I did not realize that these were guest rooms. In a hotel room, you get a sense of privacy where you can play your music, talk on phone, etc. and not feel that you’re bothering others. Here, no privacy, and I noticed how thin the walls were when someone banged on the wall late night because they could hear me talking on the phone. In the morning, I could hear housekeeping’s every move in the hallway as they prepared themselves for the work day. Housekeeping kept knocking on my door and tried to come into my room one time prior to checkout time. Not a hotel room but rather a guest room, somewhere to lay your head overnight and be very quiet.

My daughter and had a great stay. We were there to visit Rutgers University. Room was clean. Check in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. No issues other than the temperature in the room was a little challenging to get right since there isn’t a regular thermostat. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend if you’re visiting Rutgers University. Thanks!

The only drawback to the room was the fact that the heat was uncomfortably high and could not be turned down. Opening the window helped, but let a lot of early morning light in the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was disappointing. I felt it was a little small. Refrigerator made periodic noise all night.

We did not get checked in or was able to stay there. We arrived at 4am this morning to check in and they refused us check in and we had to sleep in my car this morning. We called at 8am to check in and they refused us so we got no room, no way to cook our food, no way to get a shower or change clothes. We found a Porta potty and got changed in there went to our conference and when finished still would not be allowed to check in. I will never recommend this place to anyone..They are down right horrible and because we couldn't check in we cut our conference short and drove back home.
