Only positive aspect was - The supporting staff were very helpful. Rest - Lousy hotel. Location was bad. Dirty area. Room was stuffy and had bad smell. Bed sheets and towel were torn and dirty. We do not think that bed sheets and pillow covers were washed / changed. The Toilet paper roll provided at the hotel had filthy smell. The room did not match with the picture given in Internet. The sofa cover was dirty. There were review that the hotel had breakfast served. There was no such service. And in addition to that the Hotel charged us 5 percent extra - in our Debit card.

I've spent ***y years in India, and this is by far the best place I've ever stayed. I cannot express enough praise and gratitude to the staff here, not only for their professionalism and exceptional level of service but also for their astonishing kindness and understanding. I stayed here for three weeks after my passport and wallet were stolen in Old Delhi. This was a very stressful experience, but all the staff here went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help in any way they could. A special thanks must go to Abdul, Shibu, and Lekh Raj, but I extend this gratitude to every single member of the staff. I wish I could thank them all by name. They were amazing. The service and hospitality were exceptional, but more than that, everyone was so polite and well-***nered, greeting me with warm smiles at every opportunity. This truly made me feel at home, and I am so grateful to all of them. Losing your passport in Delhi is a horrible experience, but I'm glad it happened for the kindness and generosity I saw in people. I should also mention that the room was fantastic - I don't have a single complaint. It was super comfortable, clean, very well presented with excellent facilities at a very reasonable price. Honestly, I don't think you will find a better room in Delhi. Please do not believe any negative reviews you read about this place - I can only imagine they come from rival establishments. If I could give this place ten stars, I would. I look forward to my next visit and meeting all the amazing staff again. As a final testament to Hotel ***nat, after three weeks of being caught up in a bureaucratic nigh**are trying to sort out my paperwork to go home, when it was all finally over, I felt very sad to be leaving. Once again, my eternal gratitude to all the staff. Hope to see you again soon.

Worst Hotel In New Delhi near Paharganj Area... The staffs are very rude aggressive and very much Unprofessional... Especially the Front Desk Reception ***nager ( The Tika in his Head) Believe me He is very rude agressive and very unprofessional type of Person... If I had a chance to place this guy in a category I would have place him in a animal Category... U will not believe how he behaves in such and rude and threat ful ***ner with thier customers.. Even he talks in such a filthy ***ner the girls also... How he talks in a such bad ***ner with my sister I had saw in my own choice.... If I had a chance I would have slap him in his face ten times in a hard way... But as Law Prohibits us to take law in our own hands I stopped then and there... Because I respect everyone I also expect the same respect back.. So I request to # Delhi Police and Delhi People to take drastic action against this person and hotel.. So that in future no tourist will face such a problem... Because of this type of persons Our Pride India image will go down.. As I am an Indian Citizen I can tolerate this type of things.. But if a Foreign Tourist will face such problem.. Imagine what will thier reaction about India... (All rooms Ac, Fridge, Electric Kettle, Lights are totally damaged and not Working) All stains are there in thier pillow bed cover and totally unhygenic rooms and Bathrooms) At night time They totally switched off all thier of the lights of all floors and also The Lift.... At night time u will not get wifi connectivity.. Because they also switched off thier wifi connectivity.. So Be aware before booking rooms in this hotel... All your money will be wasted

Recently visited and stayed there for 2 days with my husband. It was quite a bad experience. Negative rating- for the ***ager at the desk (morning shift) , doesn’t seem to have any professional skills in the Service business. The room was decent and i suggest not to stay here unless you have no option left. We booked with breakfast and the hotel even dnt inform us that their kitchen was not working, we had to ask them about breakfast and the ***ager very casually said they dont have it and we can later get a discount for that. The power cuts affects the lift and the AC. I suggest staying even if you have work in Paharganj and travel from other area and choose a better hotel for a better stay and service. The area around is quite crowded and dirty so if you are traveling to Delhi for the first time then dont pick this area to stay.

The hotel staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful and assisted us greatly in our travels. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The food that was ordered in was tasty, and overall our experience here was a good one. The staff really went out of their way to assist us. The only note that travellers should observe is that the surrounding area is best to take taxis in at night, rather than walk, as the surrounding streets are not well-lit. But the hotel itself is excellent and I would stay here again.

The location was terrible area. Filthiest area. Smells bad. Hotel was in bad condition. Not clean. Room was spacious but bathroom was not clean. We need to call for shower heater supply and wait for 10-15 minutes before we can bath. Horrible situation.

We stayed at hotel ***nat for one night and although the rooms were okay we mentioned that we were interesting in buying a suit and so they said they knew a good place to send us. Despite us asking multiple times what the name of the shop so our friend could meet us there, no one told us. This was because they sent us to a shop that had a tripadvisor rating of 2.2 because it sold fake fabric and all the hotels seem to send their customers their because they receive commission. Luckily our friend was staying in a hostel and happened to be speaking to their ***ager when we were in the shop who said we were being scammed. I would not trust their recommendation.

Siamo partiti alla scoperta della regione del Rajhastan con il nostro fidato driver Sadique. Ci ha fatto da guida per tutto il tragitto e ci ha consigliato le cose più belle da visitare, non ci lasciava mai sa soli e ci siamo sentiti molto protetti sempre! Consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a questo hotel per un viaggio ben organizzato e con tutti i comfort nella bellissima india del sud. Sadique sa bene come coccolarvi tra hotel magnifici e paesaggi mozzafiato.
