If you require a decent no frills hotel in a convenient place then Hotel Persona International is for you . Right in the heart of Karolbagh and 5 minutes walk from the metro. You dont really need to leave the area It's all within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed . The staff are good and very helpfull. They organised anything we requested. No problem. As for Abid, the boss, the *** is a legend. He organised train tickets and phone sim cards long before we left Australia. All my pre trip queries were answered by email immediately. He really knows the travel business inside out. Anywhere in India he can arrange with no problems. definitely the *** to talk to for travel. As I said, if you require safety , security and a place handy to all the action then this is the place. Persona International is a small 3 star hotel located in the heart of bustling, vibrant Karol Bagh, within easy reach of the Metro station. The beds are very comfortable and the lovely staff are always helpful and friendly. There is an extensive menu of delicious food for room service, at very reasonable prices. An ideal choice for the traveller on a budget as their rates are very affordable and it is within easy reach of ***y attractions.

On 20dec2023 checked in the hotel ***** with other 2 families .Came across crowed and congested roads .Hotel was having limited rooms .Dinner served was better but breakfast was not upto the mark and we had to go with fixed menu. Food was served in our rooms probably dining hall was not available. Staffs are friendly and cooperative but there is remark over the cleanliness .Towel offered to us was torn and weared.Maitaining a substandard bathroom where flush is not available. Although looking at the price its a below average hotel needs to improve .

It was a good experience at persona hotel. Rooms were not spacious but the service was very good. The location also is good with lots of eateries. Check in and chek out was hassel free.Nice people ever ready to help. We felt safe at persona.Thank you

Centrally located with proximity to areas like Rajpath and Connaught Place, this hotel in Karol Bagh is one of the decent stays you can live in for your Delhi trip. The hospitality of the staff is excellent and they treated us in a very decent ***ner. The rooms are clean and the food is decent, though it can be bit improved. The service provided is good and is always punctual. I recommend this hotel to people who prefer a decent stay near to the center of Delhi.

Avoid this at all costs. Arrived at 6pm to a pre booked room to be told I can’t check in as they are fixing the air conditioning and I’m an hour earlier than they expected. Went for dinner and came back at 10pm. Told to wait 10 more minutes. I was suspicious at this point so I asked to see the room - only to go upstairs and find that staff members were living in it. So I was left in Delhi at 10pm as a female with nowhere to stay. Even if you think you have a room booked you might not - ruined my trip. AVOID AVOID AVOID There were no free rooms so they were trying to move staff out to give me this room but it was dirty and I didn’t Trust anyone at the hotel by this point. I had prepaid and booked 5 days in advance See photos for proof people were in the room I booked

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I was over charged for my stay and when I quarried it with the reception they gave me every excuse in the book. I should have paid around 2000 but was charged 4000 for the night I stayed there. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had a very good experience. The hotel has a great relation quality/price. In addition they gave us great tips and advises to visit properly Delhi. We can recommend it. The only thing it could be better was the cleaning.
