worse hotel I have stayed in entire India due to the following reason:-
(1) It appears the bedsheets is not cleaned or changed because there is blood stain and dirty
(2) toilet bowl is very dirty. Previous guest poo poo is still visible there
(3) shower pressure is low and not working
(4) Room is smelly
(5) Reception is terrible
(6) Room photos shown is different from actual
I request Trip.com to perform a new review on this hotel before providing wrong information to guest like myself

The shower facility was bad in the family room. Very little hot water. The room was not very clean.

Dirty rooms and worst washrooms like worst than public washrooms . Showed different rooms and washrooms online and in reality everything is really dirty

Check in was very slow, no one greet you when you arrive.
Booked the most expensive room hoping it will be better but didnt met our expectations.
Towels were dirty and wetty feeling.
Bed was big but needs some work on bedding, even pillows were not matched.
Shower wasn't working and guy has to come fix it. Once it started working water was leaking all over on the washrom floor. Not very enjoyable.
Reception area looks like construction site, very limited area to stand around.
Breakfast buffet was decent.
Overall experience wasn't very pleasant, would not recommend this place unless some improvements are made.

Location is perfect and near IGI airport..The entire staff was extremely accommodating and polite. The room was well appointed and very clean.. The food is very nice and delicious.. we visited the bar and restaurants in the hotel..
