Booked for one king size bed and one single bed but when checked in they provided room with king size bed only. When enquired they said they will install additional bedding and that bedding is hardly adjusted to the room.
When booked they show a photo of two per***ent beds on the website.
I think they degraded me at the time of checkin. So not happy with the room.

Decent location and friendly staff but had to ask staff multiple times for certain services. The water wasn’t very hot and there were strange noises coming from the room. Also, the mental handle fell off our shower.

I stayed almost every visit in the park. Every time it was great but this time because of construction work was ongoing it was pathetic stay. Rates are as high as always but not worth this time
View was closed,slow service even breakfast buffet is not that upto the mark as always was

Hotel was sold as 5 star and was no where near. Very tired and outdated. Under renovation so windows were boarded up. We moved hotels after 1 night out of our 3.
