Nice place and good old hotel, with the wet Delhi vibe. Learnt how to swim here when I was a kid so lots of fond memories.

It was nice cozy stay! Though the hotel was empty, they didn't give a free upgrade, which I was hoping for, especially since their room descriptions are not much different !

Look at other hotels. I went for a cheaper price but it was not worth it in the end . Look at other hotels if I was you . I would write more but I won’t .

Extremely old hotel. I don’t think recommend this to anyone. Staff is ok but no water in the washroom or flush

Restaurant and house keeping staff were very courteous and friendly but the front desk staff were the opposite - rude and disrespectful. Several interactions worth a variety of them, including the lobby ***ager and each time the attitude was that we the guests were at their mercy, and they were doing us a favor by giving us attention.

The stay was memorable. Special thanks to Jitender Kumar, Lobby ***ager for answering all our queries and making the stay comfortable. He was polite and generous. The location of the property is perfect, near metro station and public transport is easily available.

It is a th 3rd class hotel with just name of a 5 Star food is good but the staff and the hospitality of this hotel is not up to the mark I have never expected a hotel which call them self as a 5 star hotel can treat their customer very badly I was with my family so I ask them to provide me two bed in room one bed was provided which was not even a queen or a king size but a small bed and I have to ask for the other bed they told me that I don't have a bed they give me a mattress with a whole bed sheet after having arguments for 10 minutes they provided me a folding bed but that was also broken but I ***aged I was travelling with my parents both are senior citizen and a four year old daughter had some work because of that I had visitor Delhi but never expected from this hotel such bad service .I paid 10000rs per day but it was not at all worth

The room and common facilities are clean, breakfast at cafe Resto is amazing. Hotel staff are very helpful, Prateek from the reception Ayush at Cafe resto and Yuktie are incredible. The gym and swimming pool also made our stay active and healthy.

Dinesh and ak**** from housekeeping they are very good and happy on them every moment, The restaurants also it so delicious and the person working there nice and fantastic. From hotel marketing groups and ***ager of the marketing specially ms Shweta I thanks so muck for her goodness and respectness. Thanks for all this.
