Super convenient to the Quarter and cruise docks. Coffee shop was excellent. Shout out to Tatiana!!
There’s not cleaning service everyday, which is perfectly fine. You just have to ask for whatever you need. Shout out to Raven for all your help!!
The entire staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of charm. If you like 200-year-old exposed brick, this place is for you. It's cozy & convenient, walkable to French Quarter and to Mother's.

What a great location for this hotel. Close to walk to all the great areas around the French Quarter.
My room was clean and enough room to relax and watch the parades walk by on the street.
I really enjoyed the mini bar and the snacks that were available for me and not to pricey.
The staff were so friendly and full of information on the area around the hotel.

I always enjoy staying at hotels in New Orleans that are not typical run-of-the-mill hotels.
I'm a solo female traveler and have never had an issue with the area around the hotel. There's a paid parking lot directly across the street which is convenient and I've never had any issues with my car parked there.
I've stayed at Old 77 a few times now and always enjoy the stay. Check in/out is always quick and easy. I really like the ambiance of the lobby and restaurant area. I'll be back!

The parking garage was hard to find. The shower looked as if it had not been cleaned,,,,soap scum. Lighting was very dim. No mirror over the desk for makeup. the phone had low battery so I could not call the front desk. the light bulb was broken in ;the desk lamp. The bed was pretty good but the bedding was difficult to sleep under. The bottom sheet stuck to my pajamas so it was hard for me, (67 yrs old) to turn over) Not impressed and will not stay again.

This was one of the most amazing hotels to stay in! I appreciated the vintage look and the amazing restaurant on the first floor. I send my love and thank you's to the staff, restaurant workers (and the awesome chef/s), and the baristas/front desk who were patient with anything I needed. It's been my practice to respect the spaces you travel through and this space, as much as the city, will only get respect and love from me! Thank you once more and I hope to bring my family here one day.

Very cool hotel right next to the French Qtr. They've done an incredible job rennovating this place. It's clean, trendy, feels like old New Orleans, and the location is excellent. This place is perfect for couples, solo, and small business groups. They have meeting rooms and a fitness center. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.

The staff were excellent - warm, helpful, and kind. The room was ok, but the hallways were so dirty, dark, and rundown I felt like i was in a horror movie. A warped floorboard in my room cut my foot. I do not recommend.

Didn’t realize there would be “resort/property fees”, room was never cleaned, and the thermostat didn’t work. Also strange required wet bar credit.
