The front desk staff was top notch! Both were so helpful since this was our first visit to NOLA. There where two things that needed some work. The plugins would not charge our phones , seems they had been roughly handled by previous guest and our charger would be too lose to charge. Also the bathroom toilet had a leak coming from the wall but maintenance could never find it when we reported it. Room 411 - views were really good from our balcony. Overall I would rate our stay a 5 and this was mainly due to the staff.

Hotel is in perfect spot to walk anywhere in french quarter, or get to street cars. Close to many great restaurants and less than mile to frenchmen street

Employees welcome you the hotel. Employees are friendly. The hotel room are clean as well as the front desk and hallways. You are with in a100 feet of Bourbon St. Close to restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. I will be back and you should go there.

The room was spacious, cute, clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. The only downside was that at around 2AM the smoke detectors went off and woke everyone up. We went down 5 flights of stairs to be told it was a false alarm the first night. This happened again at the same time the second night. It was impossible for my husband and I to get back to sleep after that scare.

Everything was Great except we ask for a small refrigerator and Never got one or got a response. But Everything else was good.

Hotel was great and the staff were awesome too. Walls are thin and you can hear everything but overall great place to stay. Front desk people were all good.

It was dated and small with dark hallways and rooms. Some of the staff were pleasant and the rest were not even mindful of who was coming or going. The place did not live up to the expectations and description online.

This is not a new hotel, but it is clean. The room that I stayed in had a vanity in the bathroom that was cracked on the side, and the toilet was a bit shaky. There is no fridge or microwave in the room, so it's best not to bring food back to your room if you want it to stay safe to eat.
The front desk clerk; Pierre was amazing! He was very helpful and courteous. He deserves 5 stars. I like that this hotel is surrounded by so many things to do, see, eat, and hear. If you want to stay in a budget friendly clean hotel that is surrounded by all the action that New Orleans has to offer, then I recommend this hotel.
