Had a fantastic time at the montelrone, we stayed at two hotels whilst in New Orleans and this was by far the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the door men. We even found ourself coming back there to use the bar even when we were staying in the another hotel for the second part of our week.

Everyone was very good and made our stay very pleasant.
It was quite unfortunate that it was so much trouble to have someone come to clean our room the last day/
It was also very unpleasant to interact by phone with a young lady at the front desk in the early afternoon of our last day. This person needs help with her skills. The behavior was inappropriate and in dissonance with the performance of everyone else.
We will return to Monteleone next time we visit New Orleans.

Everything was above par. Our only suggestion is to raise the quality of engagement with the concierge. They were not as warm and engaging as other staff. Criollo was superb!

loved everything about the Hotel Monteleone from our greeting at the front door to our fabulous room and gorgeous decor throughout enjoy the drink at the carousel lounge and I most definitely recommend their breakfast

Brief stay in New Orleans. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will stay here again in the future. Staff was extremely helpful and the location is very convenient to walk around the French Quarter.

Our room was lovely, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect for us -- in the French Quarter but not in the middle of any rowdiness. The hotel staff was top-notch, and there's obviously a pride of place.

We loved our stay at the Monteleone!! Gorgeous lobby, wonderful staff and a beautiful room. We stayed in the newly renovated Iberville tower and the room was a serene masterpiece! Loved the decor, shower head and complementary robes and slippers, as well.

The doormen were wonderful, they helped navigate the French Quarter. The hotel staff from check-in to check-out were all professional and did their jobs well. The rooms are on the smaller side but the hotel is historic and that was the size they used 100 years ago. It was close to many dining opportunities and was a short walk to the WW2 museum.
