Love the location. Straight across the road from Star bucks and the shopping centre. Free access to a gym sold me. Only problem was the rubbish from the previous guests was not removed from the toilet bins, or the kitchen bins, There was a change of towels the next day, but sloppy bed remake. So probably cleanliness wasn't great to some degree.

Update you description please. ******* advertised free parking (one of my reasons for choosing this hotel). When I arrived and asked where to park I was told to use street parking. When I showed the property description clearly stating free parking, I was told ******* was wrong and although they had free parking it was 'subject to availability'. I checked their carpark and saw that they were leasing many of the parks (empty with tow-away signs) leaving few for guests, all full.

We had to change rooms when we got there as first one smelt. The second room was hardly any better mainly because you cannot open any windows for ventilation.
The cooking equipment was appalling. The saucepan handle was so loose that almost came off in my hand.... dangerous!
It looked like the building design meant that you could not open windows in any of the rooms.
We have stayed in other Quest properties but this one was the worst by some way. We booked 4 nights and left after 2 and they even refused to give us exactly half the amount back. Very poor.

Apartment was not cleaned properly lots of dust on skirting board's and bathroom tiles. Sofa bed full of crumbs and a paper clip. I would not have been happy if we had needed to use the sofa bed. Furniture needs replacing whole place could do with a refurbishment i have photos if needed

It has everything you need. The kitchen has an oven which was nice for eating in the apartment. Having a separate bedroom was a nice treat on our extended holiday. And a washer and dryer in the unit. Very convenient

The room we had was not what we had expected. Ventilation was poor and cooking smells remained even though we used all equipment provided.

Hotel was great, was in a great location - across the road was the shopping centre so easy access.
Easy to walk to many restaurants and cafes for lunch and dinner etc
Small carpark available which is on a first come first serve otherwise parking available on the street after 5pm free and free on Sunday
