The property was only a short drive from the city and had all the amenities we needed. So it was pretty good for the price we paid. Our only issue was that we were on the ground floor apar**ent of the older part of the property and there was a family with small kids upstairs. For most of the days and nights, we could hear very loud footsteps when the residents were walking and running around the apar**ent and it was very distracting.

Great to be on the ground floor when you are travelling with big suitcases. Appar**ents are compact but have all the necessities. The oven worked perfectly for our baked loaded potatoes dinner, and it was nice to have access to a full sized fridge and freezer as well as laundry facilities. Always nice to be able to park your car right near your accomodation. Thanks :)

For work and pleasure. I have stayed in a lot of properties in several countries. I found this property, Graham Apar**ents exceptional in many areas – clean, complete, comfortable, like the coach and table, good for working, spacious. Many windows not offered an excellent view of Hobart, but let lots of natural light into the room. Nice to have 2 beds. Laundry facilities were useful. Staff was exceptional, helpful, friendly. Well recommended.

Stayed in the front section of the property and the room was very spacious, with comfortable bed, smart TV, block out curtains with privacy blinds and kitchen thoughtfully appointed, right down to sharp knives and a sandwich toaster. Located close to shops, (walking distance 500m) and close to Hobart CBD.

Our apar**ent was reasonably large and the property was in a quiet area of Hobart with a shopping centre 3mins drive or 10 minutes walk down the road.

Great value for money. It is further out from the main heart of Hobart city but it made for a very quiet and peaceful stay.
