Praktisch geschnittene Zimmer. Freundliches Personal… Im Zimmer gibt es leider wenig Ablageflächen oder Stauraum. Ein Fön im Badezimmer wäre ebenfalls hilfreich.

Location location location. Makes it so much easier when metro is literally on the corner of the street. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Would highly recommend!

The staff were Very helpful from check in throughout our stay. Just an incident with a guest on our floor smoking at 3am and having the whole floor really smell (I have asthma). It was resolved right away after calling the front desk and I was able to sleep after using my inhaler. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location on Wall Street, close to the seaport, shopping stores like Century 21, TJ Maxx. Concierge was welcoming, gave us information on our room, area, and discounts provided for local eateries. We stayed for 1 night, room was small as described, but super comfortable, clean and just the right space for a couple. They provided 2 complimentary waters. We didn't have a fridge in room. There was a safe provided by the bed. Bathroom was clean, small, but served its purpose. I would stay here again based on its location and friendly staff.

realy nice fancy looking rooms!! super welcoming staff!! free coffee from 7am to 11am, has a 24 hr marketplace next street, 3 of the principal subway lines at 300 feet radius, stay 4 nights definitely staying again

Very nice location and the staff was great and very friendly. I was disappointed in the room and the shower was cold. Wouldn't choose it again.
