かなりの好立地、2024年4月現在、内装も綺麗で大満足です。 ホテルと言うよりは短期シェアハウスに近いです。フロントは無く、管理人の方がおそらく住み込みで2Fの共用リビング&キッチンの隣の部屋にいらっしゃいます。 各部屋に冷蔵庫ありませんが、共用のキッチンに大きな冷蔵庫があり、宿泊する部屋ごとに冷蔵庫内スペースが分けられている感覚です。ハウスキーピングもありませんが、タオルはランドリーに自分で出して、新しいものはリネン室から持ってくれば良いだけなので、「リゾート気分を味わいたい」「ホテルのサービスが充実してないとダメ」という強いこだわりさえなければマンハッタンでのこの立地では高コスパでしょう。1つ注意なのは、客室は3Fまたは4Fとなり、エレベーターが無いため、スーツケースを自分で持って昇り降りする事になります

Es autoatendido mediante claves, la comunicación con la gerencia es via mail y no es muy fluida. El agua caliente de la ducha no había forma de regularlo, o te quema o sale fríanles Tenia una pantalla gigante de Samsung, pero el mando no funcionaba y manualmente tampoco se podía usar. Dicho lo malo, también diré que la cama es espectacular, super grande y super cómoda. La calle es silenciosa, aunque de vez en cuando pasa un vagabundo liándola. La gerencia, pese a no entendernos, fué muy amable y nos facilitó lo que pudo la estancia. La cocina y salón, son preciosos, aunque faltaría una mesa alta en condiciones para poder comer o unos taburetes para comer en la cocina. La calefacción es por aire, se pasa toda la noche soplando, y aunque da calor, también ruido. Dicho lo bueno y lo malo, teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos, volvería sin dudarlo, y de verdad espero hacerlo y que los pequeños detalles estén resueltos

和房東無接觸，入住前房東會給你發送郵件，告訴你房門的密碼自己入住。所以入住前要仔細看郵件。二樓是公共廚房，沒有用過，三樓四樓是客房。房間還算可以，新裝修的。衞生間洗漱盆空間太小，太憋屈。其他的還算可以。

호텔을 예약한줄 알았어서 처음에는 좀 당황했는데요, 타임스퀘어하고 거리도 가깝고, 모든곳에 접근이 쉬워 좋았습니다. 시설도 넘 깨끗하고, 특히 난방도 따뜻하고 침대가 아늑해 너무 놓았습니다. 다음에 뉴욕올일 있으면 또오고 싶어요. 👍

As a solo traveler who just wants a clean, hassle free, comfortable, no surprises place to stay this was that and so much more. This place is more like an Air B&B, less like a hotel which I very much liked. It's a newly renovated 4 level brownstone and it was immaculate (Dec. 2023). I liked the fact that I had a front door code and room code emailed to me and that made check in quick and easy. Beautiful common area kitchen and sitting room which I didn't use but nice to see. My room was comfortable with a bed, desk, private bath. Nicely decorated but not over done. Doors and walls all new and freshly painted, it felt like I was their first guest. No TV which is fine for me. Laundry room available which I didn't use. There was no elevator so if that is an issue for you, know that up front. You enter the building through a typical street level gate to get to the lower level door into a very nice entry foyer. Your room could be on level 4 so if stair climbing is an issue with bags in tow you may want to reconsider. New AC/heating unit that works and an operable window. I stay in the city often, I see lots of beat up places, this is not one of them. I look forward to booking a room here on my next stay, for me it is exactly what I look for.

Wir waren für sechs Tage in New York. Die Lage ist super! Eine Metro Station ist direkt in der Nähe (ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß). Restaurant, Bars und ein Target sind direkt um die Ecke. Alles ist sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht… Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo etc. Man hätte sogar seine Wäsche da waschen können. Tolle Küche und ein super Aufenthaltsraum! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

房間很乾凈很新，衞生條件也不錯，地段也很好就在中城，去時代廣場/moma/會展中心都步行距離可達，房東是中國人也非常友善熱情，提前一兩個小時check-in也是沒有問題的，價格相比起其他的青旅/民宿性價比要更高。牆裂安利！

Struttura nuova e ben curata, ambienti puliti, spazio comune ben organizzato con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Zona relax carina con accesso a terrazza scoperta sul retro edificio. Unico neo assenza di un ascensore.

環境很好，設施齊全！客廳很大，還有大陽台，廚房的冰箱也巨大，一應俱全。
