Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

The location is the only good thing about this hotel, no attitude, no service. And be aware that they don’t return your deposits, and don’t even reply to your questions regarding deposits!!!

The beds have plush mattresses and are higher than the other hotels. There's hair on the ceiling of the bathroom. It's never been cleaned. The clogged sink was fixed on the 3rd day. 15% of gratuity was automatically charged on "to go" order.

It was expensive for nothing, other than bell boy and waiter, the rest of staff is super terrible in attitudes, disappointing for room facilities as well, breakfast just normal.

It is a good location where you can just walk to the known tourist attractions like time square and central park.

Unfriendly service at front desk. Lifts are very slow. Promised free bike rides but always unavailable. TV not working at all. No drinking water provided.

great location. there’s a subway exit right next to it and you can walk to most places around midtown manhattan.

The hotel was ok, but you have to pay extra for almost every service: WiFi, baggage storage when you arrive, breakfast (which has a long line to access, by the way), water…

I was disappointed with the staffs’ serving ways at dinner time. I hope they should put sign to guide how to order dishes.

We were told to download a separate app to claim our two complimentary Guggenheim Museum tickets at the museum. Unfortunately, the app wouldn't even open. If the hotel knew there was an issue, they shouldn't have sent us there without another solution. It was a waste of time and very disappointing.
