It was generally okay however, there was a problem with the hot water system, and had to shower with cold water on a very cold day.

Hotel was situated in a great location. The jazz band at night was a nice touch. What I didn’t appreciate is that I had a billing issue ( overcharged) and still after 4 emails, I have yet to hear a word from the Roxy. No one contacted me to rectify and/or clarify the issue. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be staying here again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Roxy. Our only complaint is we needed to flush our toilet twice in order for it to work. Maintenance did fix it initially, but it continued to not flush properly the next day. We gave up. Continued to flush it twice and carried on.

It's an average hotel with an average quality of staff. There is smell around the elevator area, I do not know what it is. The room cleaning service does not refill the items when they are finished. Its a you are on your own kind of hotel.

This was a great place to stay. The room, service, staff and amenities were amazing. The live Jazz every night was perfect. I was here a week and will stay again on my next trip to NYC
