Good location just few minutes walk to Time Square. Easy check in-out, room a bit small with inconvenience bathroom specially shower area. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Price I selected with breakfast but same every day as I stayed for 4 nights should change and add more variety.

Good location and reasonable prices, however the hallways were very loud at night all we could hear by was doors slamming and barely got any sleep. Also right after we checked in the hotel gave another couple the same room and they walked right in on us getting ready to go out to dinner. Definitely an experience and could have been much worse if we weren’t there and people had access to our room without our knowledge. It was embarrassing for both parties and should be a way to prevent this “accident” from happening again.

Really liked the property, rooms are small but it’s nyc so it’s standard. Loved that the door is locked and need key to get in when it’s late or even in the morning times. Thankful they were able to keep our bags for us when we arrived and was able to get an early check in as well. Definitely would stay here again and the prices weren’t bad

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, the location was prime and the shower was great!.. only thing I would say is that the rooms were just a tad tight/small… other than that we would definitely stay here again! Affordable & and very clean

The facility was nice, clean, the service was professional and welcoming.
If you drive a personal vehicle, make sure that once you park it in the garage you bring the parking receipt back to the person at the front desk. Get them to put their discount sticker on the back of that parking receipt. It will save you some money.

Really good location. The only problem for me was that the cleaning service is not available everyday and also that the reception charged me for a chocolate I didn’t consume.

The location was really good, 10mins to time square, lots of good restaurants nearby, 5mins to 5th ave for shopping, 10mins to Bryant Park & New York Public Library which close to MTA Subway. They had Grab & Go free breakfast as well which is good before going out & stroll around the city. The room is small but for NYC Manhattan part with good location & clean cozy room, nothing to complain. It’s comfy, and exactly what we needed. If you can spend extra bucks, they do offer early check-ins with different fees.
