5 stars to the hotel staff who were making their best efforts to solve the issue we had. They were super attentive and helpful. The hotel is at the lower town close to Wall Street. People can reach the subway/metro station only 1mins by walk. The only issue ( for us) was the design of the aircon system that facing bed and the wind blowing directly when resting while we were arranged to a different room with the assistance of the staff. Special thanks to Peter and Bryan who were very considerate and helpful. You made a big difference in our comfort through our stay.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

My favorite boutique hotel when visiting my kids in NYC. Great intimate a**osphere. So convenient to the subway and path to Newark. There is not much of a lobby and no restaurant but there are dozens of restaurants within blocks.

位置很好，Fulton站可以乘坐大部分地鐵線，wholefoods步行5分鐘，生活也很方便。
房間非常乾淨整潔，緊湊但有質感，每天提供礦泉水，酒店前台也很熱情。
如果你的主要目的地在下城，非常推薦這裏。
