Really great location. Right near train. Room is small but it does it’s job! The bathroom was really nice. I was in love with the wall!!

The service was okay. But at the checkout they surprised me with a 130USD of hidden fees.
The comforter didn't have a cover and when I ask for one they told me that it wasn't possible.
We only had 2 pillows that felt really cheap and we were suppose to have a queen mattress but we only got a double.
There's a lot of noise in the room and a lot of light even with the curtain fully closed.
The doormen looked very bored and they never opened the door or even said hi to us.
The location is very good, and the room was clean.

Location and management is great! Spacious room and pretty quite. Breakfast is just ok, and the facility is a bit older than expected.

A tiny room with the two required beds filled the place up. Pretty little space for our belongings.
The bathroom is OK. The shower was good. However the design of the bathroom sink with a bit foolish with sloping sides so things wouldn’t stay on the shelf.
All in all it was probably OK for the price but I wouldn’t look forward to going back.

Rooms were a little small. Lighting in the bathroom wasn’t that great. Water was not hot only warm. Fridge did not work.

The place was in the PERFECT location, right downtown and close to the subway. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but the rooms are pretty small (even for NY standards) and a little scuffed up and dated. Still, it was very clean and overall a bargain for such a great location.

Great price in a pricey neighborhood. Stellar service including an early check-in so we make a 4pm wedding, baggage storage on check-out, and great brunch recommendations. Small stylish room has all the basics and a super comfy mattress -including unlimited free bottles of water. Very quiet, in a fabulous neighborhood. The old building is just gorgeous and has been modernized inside, including the massive circular fish-tank. Two Fun bars onsite!
