Really great location. Right near train. Room is small but it does it’s job! The bathroom was really nice. I was in love with the wall!!

The service was okay. But at the checkout they surprised me with a 130USD of hidden fees.
The comforter didn't have a cover and when I ask for one they told me that it wasn't possible.
We only had 2 pillows that felt really cheap and we were suppose to have a queen mattress but we only got a double.
There's a lot of noise in the room and a lot of light even with the curtain fully closed.
The doormen looked very bored and they never opened the door or even said hi to us.
The location is very good, and the room was clean.

Location and management is great! Spacious room and pretty quite. Breakfast is just ok, and the facility is a bit older than expected.

I like it, the only complain is no coffee maker. I can’t have hot water in the night and I need to walk out to buy coffee in a cold morning.

I was disappointed at the state of the property. I had to change rooms because my first room had a door that didn't completely close which was shocking to me. This morning the front desk employee barely made eye contact with me and was rude and dismissive. The main light in my second room didn't work so I had to turn on the bathroom and closet lights.

This is the second time we stay at the Dreams Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. This stay was as great an experience as our first. The staff is friendly and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The location is close to fine dining locations and main site seeing locations in New York's midtown. We enjoy walking Central Park and it is a short walk away from the Dreams Hotel.

"We had an awesome time in NY!" Although it "rained everyday we were there"...because of the location of our hotel everything we wanted to "see we were able to do!"
