By far the most horrible, my check in was on March 12, and Lufthansa canceled my flight on that day, and hotel said because of no show, not only we took your money we don't give you any room too! Myself and Trip tried to negotiate for cancelation or even I asked my friend take the room, was all No!
At the end i lost huge amount of money.

The front desk staff, and the bellman were especially friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned daily and left neat and spotless. Our only concern is that the towels and sheets were changed to often. We would prefer to have a more eco-friendly approach to changing the linens.

편하고 좋았습니다, 위치도 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다.
부대시설은 호텔의 크기가 매우 작아 헬스장이 작게 지하에 만들어져 있는 것 말고는
특별한게 없습니다.
하지만
그랜드 센트럴 터미널과 가까웠기 때문에
여러 동선으로 움직이기에는 굉장히 만족스러운 위치였습니다.

Great location,staff was excellent,but hotel need improvements.For example room key system does not work,you have to reprogram keys two or three times every day.Also no dining facilities,nor even vending machines to buy food.

The room is great staff were great - asked for a kettle for our room they brought it and cups and tea right away.
No other amenities but we had Starbucks and pret manager on the same block as well as resturants in walking distance

The room was fine for the weekend. Pretty quiet building. Very small bathroom but functional. No coffee maker in the room which was a bummer. Also was supposed to get a bottle of wine for booking this room and did not receive one.
