The front desk guys on check in and over night were so helpful. Went above and beyond. Location was good room came with a balcony just not high up. Everything was clean no issues

Sarah and Jaime were awesome hosts. We felt very valued as guests. Breakfast was nice. Only suggestion is to consider larger main TV. Will come again.

3000多的酒店不如國內的亞朵，房間還要收額外30美元一天，變相漲價，早餐十分簡陋，比國內旅行社還不如。

Staff were super friendly and room was cozy and comfortable. I was expecting a little more from their continental breakfast, but it wasn’t bad. Great location if you’re wanting to be close to Times Square.

The Pearl is so lovely!! The front desk staff was superb and helpful. Our room was very clean and nice. We loved the wine happy hour in the afternoons and the complimentary tea and coffee, plus breakfast. I will be back here next time we stay in NYC!! It’s central to everything too.

The Pearl was a marvelous way for us to spend an anniversary weekend in NYC. The staff could not have been more pleasant, helpful or friendly, and the property was every bit as attractive as it looked online. We found the continental breakfast more reasonable than we expected, loved our large, clean, comfortable room and we're very impressed with the many amenities including a 24 hour help yourself coffee, tea, and snack bar, bathrobes, complimentary slippers, and a daily wine get-together.
We also loved the convenient location.
If we had any regrets about our stay, it's that it was only for 2 nights, not a week or more!

We had a great stay. If you plan on spending lots of time on broadway/time square, this is a great location. We were minute walks from several subways that took us everywhere we needed to get to. Most major broadways shows are within blocks. Close enough to time square to quickly get to on foot but far enough to not hear a lot of noise at night.

The hotel and room is great...only complaint are the hotel pillows. They are not great. Other then that excellent value for the money. Room was phenomenal.
