Byłem bardzo podekscytowany pobytem w hotelu Indigo po usłyszeniu samych dobrych rzeczy. Niestety było zupełnie odwrotnie. Wszystko zaczęło się, kiedy po raz pierwszy się zameldowaliśmy, a pani z recepcji była dla nas wyjątkowo niegrzeczna i dość obraźliwa w sposobie, w jaki odpowiadała na nasze pytania.
Tego samego dnia musieliśmy zadzwonić na dół z naszego pokoju, ponieważ nasza klimatyzacja nie działała. Ochrona w budynku próbowała mnie przekonać, że nie jestem gościem w hotelu, ponieważ mój klucz do pokoju nie był poprawny - ponownie dostarczono nam to z recepcji.
Aby zakończyć nasz pobyt, moja karta kredytowa została podwójnie obciążona. Próbowałem rozmawiać z kierownikiem, który wcale nie był pomocny.
Nie jestem pod wrażeniem i nikomu nie polecę tego hotelu.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Hello
The Hotel is really Bad.
I was charged Double for the stay and they have been charging me daily on my account without my permission.
Even after speaking to there management i am not getting any solutions.
Thy do not understand hospitality and they do not communicate.
I am going to write to consumer court in USA for the issues that they have created

This place has a good location being near Ktz's and a lot of things, but be wary of an additional almost $50/night charge for "amenities". One of which is a coupon for the e-bikes (it was 12 degrees farhenheit and snowing when we were there).
Additionally, theres a club on the 14th/15th floor that was sooooo loud. From 10PM until 2AM i felt as if i was in a VIP room, just didnt get the bottle service. Not good for sleeping or early flight.

PROS: Trendy, great bar, great views, quiet, convenient location, staff was pleasant, helpful & professional. CONS: Room was way too small! Needed more seating, didn't even have a decent table to eat on in my room other than my work desk, no microwave to reheat food is insane in 2024!! And no streaming services or smart TV...ughhhhh please update. Shower made an awful noise. I wouldn't stay again.

We definitely felt the atmosphere of NYC, the location is perfect and safe, superb transportation options, close proximity to all major tourist locations. Highly recommended!
