The stay was pleasant. Everything was good..only complaint was that the floor looked like it hadn't been slept in a very long time.

Noisy all night can't sleep over there I pay for relaxing 2 night and can't sleep. People make noisy but hotel staff don't care about that

The hotel was disgusting. Room wasn’t clean at all, burn holes in the sheets, bed was broken & was woken up throughout the night with people arguing in the hallway. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Nice,clean hotel, convenient to highway.Closet shelf support was broken, and no access to Netflix or prime video due to their network issues, I guess. Rear parking is small so when it's full you have to park on the street. The bed was comfy though. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The space was more condensed than appeared. The section of smoking that was available was unkempt and connecting with staff required having to head back to the front desk persistently. On the first night of our stay, a man was dragging out another man who was yelling for someone to help him. It was a very Bronx experience, yet it felt hollow and overall average at best.

They gave me a room that smelled like an ashtray. I was not happy with that! Especially the fact that I do not smoke cigarettes.
