We would highly recommend the Kixby if staying in Manhattan! Our room was very clean and comfortable! Loved the updated features, bedding was white and clean, staff was friendly and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again while in NYC!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all wonderful and the location was super convenient. Easy to walk to some major attractions and I felt safe in the hotel. Beautiful rooftop area with a view, and the room was spacious for nyc. I so appreciated the complimentary water bottle given at check in and the amazing customisable water fountain and coffee machine available to guests!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we are very happy! It is perfectly located to so many great things- MSG, restaurants, bars, etc. The service was wonderful. We will stay here every time we venture to the city.

We had a quick one night stay at the Kixby. Check in was quick and seamless and we had a surprise upgrade to our room! The elevator was quick to get to the 11th floor where we stayed. Our room was spacious and very clean. It was quiet too which helps in Manhattan! We would definitely stay here again. Photo pictured is of the extra room we got from our upgrade.

The location was convenient and the room was nice, but like many places in NYC it was very loud, even on the 11th floor it sounded like the sirens were in the room with us (not sure how insulated or whether the windows were double paned).

This hotel was located in a perfect spot--right next to Macys and right next to a subway stop. Loved being able to jump on the subway and be anywhere in Manhattan in a short time.

Really nice location and big room but genuinely the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Could hear every car, laugh, cough etc on the street and we were on the 12th floor. Didn't sleep the entire time.

The staff at Kixby is superb and super helpful to all our needs from holding our bags until check-in, to arranging a car service for our group.
And the adjacent bar/restaurant is the perfect spot for a nightcap and nosh after a long day in the city.

Hotel Kixby was wonderful. Elevator little slow but no big deal. We had the quietest room. My daughter woudl have slept through the entire trip as it was the quiet.
Centrally located. Great value. Definitely would come back!
