Great location, and very friendly staff. My room was very large, especially for New York. The room was clean. My only criticism is no coffee on site. I know that some hotels don't have coffee in each room (as a business traveler, this is preferred) but there was no working machine in the building. I would stay here again.

A great location, 5 min from the 6 line. The place is clean, reasonable. No issues. They deliver. We only sleep here. Absolutely will come again.

I loved my room it was really great. What I didn't like was there were no cups of coffee machines or working refrigerator in the rooms and of course not enough soap for showers. They made up for that with having easy locations to stores and Delies available right outside the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.

This is a very poorly run/maintained older hotel in a good location, convenient to restaurants, buses, Grand Central Station. I booked for a week, weeks in advance, the week of a Northeaster storm. The heat did not work in the first room and they offered to send up a space heater. I had them put me into another room with operating heat (picky me when 15 degrees outside. Huge room with nice Chrysler building views through a filthy window. A desk & chair and bed. Non of the pictured furniture on *******. No cups, no ice bucket, no working fridge. No coffee machine. Front desk is impossible to reach. Hotel is generally tired and the lobby is shabby. A fancy coffeemachine was not functional. At 8:15 AM on a Sunday morning, there was loud hammering. Aside from the good location, a comfortable bed and good maidservice, there is nothing to recommend on this hotel. As a final insult, they erroneously charged my card again for tax for a prepaid reservation on *******. It took two weeks to have them remove the charge and they never returned calls left on the voicemail (virtually impossible to get a human by calling the hotel).

Pretty basic, but gets the job done. Could add a water bottle in the room, it will complete the pretty basic.

This is a nice, quiet place to sleep in the heart of the City. It's very clean and comfy, no bugs. The service is so-so, there are no amenities, the phone doesn't work, and the wifi is crappy, but there is an elevator and the rooms are all suites with plenty of light, modern fixtures, lots of storage, outlets, and hangers, cozy furniture and bedding, decent TV options.

We stayed two nights in a very comfortable room (bathroom esp nice). Good value for the money. Location great for a couple of days in Manhattan. The lobby is bare bones and there's no coffee service, but our one real complaint is that when we asked if we could leave our bags with the front desk for an hour or two, they wanted to charge us $5/bag.

Loved this place, beautiful, comfortable, the location, and staff went far and beyond. 3 members really went all out. Thank you!!! I'll be back!!!
