I loved my stay at Margueritaville and plan on staying there again next time I visit NYC which just happens to be this summer. Close to all of the Broadway shows and with a fun bar scene, it couldn't be beat. Really excited to use the pool this time as I go see the Yankees play!

Great location and modern but the wait on the elevators is to much and the only reason I booked this hotel because it has a pool that I couldn't use because they where having private event . Then I asked one of the staff working if the pool was going to be open the next day and he could only say I don't know the least he could do is go to the computer and check no he told me I got to go next day and check for myself.Secon nigth at the hotel I go to the rooftop restaurant bar waited 20 min to get acknowledged by someone put my food order waited 40 min for it never arrived when I go to the bar to ask for it all they told me was that the chef colsed the kitchen early.Front desk manager resolve the pool situation the food situation was never resolved.

在寸土寸金的紐約，這家酒店實在有些奢侈，屋頂恆温泳池長年開放，值得體驗，酒店房間裝飾考究，有一些英倫古典風範，還設有便利店禮品廊，酒店位置也很不錯，出行方便，如果要説它有什麼不好，那我感覺酒店可能有點點挑客，當然我是指可能你遇到比較有個性的服務生了。總而言之，這感覺很紐約！

First time staying at the margaritaville resort time square love the location walking distance to shopping. The resort was nice and clean. Good food nice bar area. I will stay there again.

Such a tiny room—acceptable for one person, but no more. One day, staff forgot to clean my room but a phone call to the front desk provided a quick response. Bed was very comfortable.
