Basic apar**ent with no closet or place where you can place your clothes.
If you don't mind keeping your staff in side your luggage, then it's just fine.
Very noisy hotel. Every noise from outside your room sounds like it's coming from your own.

The front desk assistant is very nice and friendly! And the people that provide service here are very polite, friendly, and made people feel welcome! They also follows strict rules, in order to help guests! And if I will pick the Hotel next time, I will still pick here!

The apar**ent had very bad heating, it was very cold.
The TV couldn't be seen, it was stuck to a wall behind a bed and didn't move.
The apar**ent is very small for 5 people, on top of that they promote it for 6. Impossible to cook or even eat comfortable food, due to the size of the apar**ent and the lack of utensils. I didn't have glasses, for example.
Really a very bad experience. The only thing notable is the location. I felt cheated.

The location of the accommodation is good and the kitchenware is clean. However, the iron bed is noisy. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a 6-person room to rest comfortably.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room and the friendliness of the people at the reception desk. Our room was ready early and we were lucky enough to have to room on the 12th floor which had an outdoor space that was incredible! It had an outdoor enclosed patio with a heater and awesome patio furniture. Our other room was great too. Perfect for our needs too but a bit smaller. I would definitely come back and reserve the bigger room with the terrace! Super clean and affordable! Great area too! Central to everything.

We were able to walk to some great place within 30 mins and that was great. Room was clean and tidy and we had early access as we had requested.

Great price for a good night. Close walking distance to a lot of sites and shops. We enjoyed our stay.

We got a room that looked nothing like the picture when we booked. The building is not just a hotel, it contains nail salons among other shops/offices on other floors. The front desk is a security desk who can handle check ins and check outs, the hotel office is located around the back and is not 24 hours.
Aside from that, the room was quiet and clean and the location is great, walking distance for a lot of fun things.

Loved this hotel! Our room was clean, comfortable, and updated. Reception 1 took excellent care of us. The location was super! Literally a couple of blocks from the Empire State Building, and Blank Street Cafe!
