The location of the hotel is really close to the airport, and it takes only $11 to get a taxi from the airport. You can walk if you don’t have much luggage. The sanitary environment of the hotel is pretty good, and the facilities are complete. The most important thing is that the hotel is close to LaGuardia Airport, and there are many Chinese communities nearby. There are many restaurants and it is very convenient to order takeout. The front desk staff are good, and there are free coffee drinks (even during the epidemic). The airport shuttle service is available as early as 4 o'clock in the morning. In short, cheap hotels with such services are really great, strongly recommended

Our overall one night stay was fine, but I rated this property ”average” due to: - At check in, Peggy did not acknowledge us as Hilton Honors Diamond Members. - Our room (1011) was in sad shape. The floor was sticky. The furniture had tears and was very worn down.The ceiling had large water stains and the walls had water damage in several areas. - The shower had no 'hot' water. When you turned it to the hot setting, cold water came out, you had to let it run for awhile (wasting a lot of water) to heat to lukewarm, at most. However, our overall stay was okay due to: - Glad to see recycling bins...which we used. - Grateful for the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. - Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast- plenty of choices. - We had a nice view of the city from our 10th floor room. This hotel is close to LaGuardia Airport. It was quiet, with exception of hallway noise. We did not have a car, so I cannot comment on the hotel parking. The front desk had plenty of menus offering Mexican, Chinese, and Italian food for delivery.

We came for the Governor's Ball Music Festival. The staff was amazing. The shuttle to the subway station so convenient and the hotel comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a room that faced the beautiful old cemetery that I found to be the best neighbors ever! lol. One early morning there was a large vehicle blasting music on the street but that certainly wasn't the hotels fault. One yell out the window and they stopped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and if we return to NY will not hesitate to stay again.

My fiancé and I stayed at this property to avoid a long drive home after attending an engagement party in the area. I see some of the other reviews mention a smaller parking lot which is accurate (but really what do you expect in Queens?) but we had zero issue getting a spot. The moment we stepped into the lobby we noticed that it was warm, welcoming, and even smelled pleasant! The front desk gentleman was kind courteous and professional. The room itself was exactly what I expect from a Marriott- clean, and accommodating! My fiancé was especially impressed with the very sleek and modern shower, which I believe had been updated since the last time we stayed. Overall our stay albeit short was very pleasant. We felt very welcomed and comfortable and slept wonderfully as we always do at a Marriott property. We also happened to meet the General Manager as we were checking out, who was very warm, professional and courteous to us.

The Q4 Hotel (more a hostel than a hotel) is one of many hostels across all of NYC and one of the cheaper ones, by that we mean cheap for New York price as hostels in New York are not cheap at all, which is a huge appeal to the place. The Q4 is pretty easy to find within NYC being close to two subway stops that have easy and very regular direct links to Manhattan without having to change multiple times to get to Times Square and Port Authority. Obviously being in Manhattan is preferred for a NYC stay but to get a cheaper hostel, that isn’t as nasty as eating a mouldy bacon sandwich covered in your creepy uncle’s toenail clippings, is hard to get unless you go out-with Manhattan. You can’t complain about the Q4’s location at all. Within the hostel, it’s a reasonable stay. In the common room down in the basement holds a decent sized kitchen, a tv with a good old Netflix subscription, comfy couches, table tennis and vending machines. It’s generally a nice vibe and atmosphere down there that sometimes is host to some entertainment such as stand up comedy. To top off the common area there is a part in it that is basically a vault that is dimly lit at all times filled with comfy couches and cushions which is perfect to nap on and make those stand up comedians feel awkward by hearing your snoring during their gig. The rooms are super clean, but unfortunately extremely loud. The windows are not insulated and leaky, as is the room door. The people passing by or showers/TVs from other rooms are as loud as if they were in the room itself. We couldn't really sleep through the night for 7 nights because of the noise. The staff seems disinterested. The toilet didn't work and was only repaired within 12 hours after repeated requests. Nevertheless, extremely clean and modern hotel. The location/area seems threatening at first glance, but we never felt unsafe. We wouldn't book again because of the price and the noise. It's about a 9-minute walk to the metro. The F Line takes you quickly and easily to Midtown without having to change trains.

We will stay in our Jeep next time! NEVER AGAIN! RUDE staff! (Young man was the WORST!) Vacuuming at 3 AM, 5 AM, 6 AM, ALL hours of the night! (I have the video with dates, and hours to prove this!) Cleaning rooms ALL hours of the night! LOUD! Slam banging things around! Told us to put our trash in the cleaning cart; which we did, then got yelled at for doing what we were told! We sat outside in the Jeep for “peace & quiet”, and the “Staff” comes out berating us for not being inside! Threatened to tow our car.. It goes on & on & on with these people! My husband was sick, and the staff kept waking him up! Talking loud up & down the hall! Getting into an argument with the “guest” next door to us! STAFF- you’re supposed to clean from 11am-3pm!!! NOT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT! I’m releasing the video on Yelp of the proof I have of this! A motel is supposed to be QUIET & RELAXING! STOP FIGHTING WITH CUSTOMERS! It’s unbecoming! Uncouth! 140 a night for a DUMP! I wish I could give you a negative star! However, it wont let me leave a TRUTHFUL REVIEW OF YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM Unless I give you a “star”… You need someone who is over Motels to make a “Surprise Visit”! You’d be SHUT DOWN!

The hotel is very good, about 5-10 minutes walk from the subway station, near the NW line, a little farther away from the E, NQRW line. The overall style of the hotel was old and retro. At the beginning, I was afraid of noisy on the second floor (actually soundproofed). The hotel helped me to switch to a 12-room room with a balcony. Finally, when checking out, the average weekly service tax of about 20 knives is collected every day.

We choose La Guardia Plaza to stay for our short vacation, convenient location, nice staff from the shuttle driver to the guys at the restaurant, the only black spot was that after staying 4 nights not a single time a housekeeper came to clean the room or stock toilet paper, or clean towel, even I request it 3 times, I understand that due to a covid situation but at least remove the garbage, I had to do it myself… other than that everything else was ok.

Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and nice amenities that made a quick business trip very relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable coming in during late night hours and was greeted by nothing but kind, empathetic, and friendly employees (shoutout to Hellena and Sidney). I would definitely stay here again if it came down to needing to book in the same area. The hotel is as advertised with a bonus snack and pool area area near the bar.
