地理位置優越，門口就是公交車，裏麪食物很符合英倫風，住宿內部環境不錯，總之是一次不錯的體驗

Very friendly staff. Great price being so close to the city centre. We were looking for a good price and location close to a function we had nearby. This hotel provided both.

Lovely stay. Local location. Stayed with my youngest son. We had a lovely couple of nights exploring Newbury. Lovely clean room. Lovely breakfast, attentive staff and friendly environment. Good location for strolling into town and back and right next to a park for mini golf and play.

Firstly arrived at hotel but self check in failed. No problems as I waited for the over worked but lovely receptionist to check in. After getting our room keys we went upstairs only to find all the rooms were in the process of being cleaned.(at least you know they get cleaned). After a 3 hour journey we were disappointed that we had to go out without freshening up. Stayed in numerous premier Inns and never had a problem before. Had to cancel my other room as daughter was to till to travel

Arrived 9pm and no one available to check in but managed with self service machine. No hot breakfast available but otherwise it was an ok stay but not great. Car park was 300 yards away and £5 overnight

Simply Excellent.... Clean n tidy rooms Good breakfast food Nice Polite Staff. On the Desk the Excellent Arpita. One of Best Premier Inns iv been in. 3 day stay wish it was longer. A must stay if in Newbury. Thank you Staff... Hotels town position is good near main street n not far to all amenities and train station.

I've stayed here for a work trip. The whole stay was lovely and in particular Linda was absolutely amazing. Warm, kind attentive and an absolute star. What a credit to the business. Thank you for making this such a wonderful sta, and the staff really do make the difference.

Extremely polite staff, who answered all my questions with out any problems, even telling me about the cheapest and safest car parking. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, Maria and Ann were able to to assure me that I was able to sit over by TV for meals as I felt vulnerable being a lady of a certain age, the Dinner was lively and the Breakfast was very nice too, would recommend this Hotel
