The stay was lovely. Rooms clean and spacious. Bathroom could do with upgrade the curtains on shower made floor slippery. The breakfast was okay. Tables were dirty and we had to request clean cutlery and quite a few things to be restocked. But they were busy.

Hotel is in awesome location. The staff are excellent in all departments. The rooms are starting to look dated and tired. Need some TLC. The bathroom floors are grey and dirty in areas and lots of the timber panels in the rooms are starting to blister and have paint falling of them.

A lovely stay as usual. Room is clean, tidy and well presented. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a wide selection.

I liked my room and outlook, very relaxing, with lovely Restaurants a short walk.

這個房子讓我無法形容，真的是我在這裏住過最差的酒店，還這麼貴，這麼沉舊，房間裏還有蚊子，陽台就是圖片上的樣子，真的差到極點了，和app上的圖片完全是兩個房間來的

Whilst the staff were excellent the room was lacking. There were lollies under the lounge easily visible and obviously not vacuumed. There was not a plate bowl or any cutlery in the many cupboards in the big kitchen. No complimentary little packets of biscuits and 4 teabags for 2 days 2 people. The valet packing at $35 per night was a rip off considering the person in front didn't have to pay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room we had was very quiet.
I don't thing the room servicing was fully completed from the previous tenant as there was a teatowl laid on the bench with a coffee mug and spoon and kettle on it on the bench when we arrived that I would guess had been washed up and left to dry but they forgot to put it away. Minor issue. Everything else about our stay was perfect.
