The location is convenient for railway and metro, and the room is warm and comfortable.

Staff very helpful, hotel location is perfect for the city centre. Room upgrade given which was great. Would recommend.

Excellent location however the main door to the hotel is very unassuming looks like an entrance to a block of flats i walled right by it and had to ask a local where the entrance was.
Sadly both the lifts were out of service and I had to lug my 24kg suitcase up three flights of stairs to reach the reception , where they informed me that the lifts were out,ucily there was a service elevator we could use.
The room was clean and quite well furnished no complaints.
There as breakfast included and was really quite good, only the plats and classes were not washed up very well. they had a nasty odor to them and there was still food and grease on some of the plates on the new plate stacks.

Ideally located for everything in Newcastle, straight across the road from the train station. Spotless clean room with a bed to die for.
Breakfast included in our deal which is amazing ranging from cereals to a full English. Would recommend and stay in future

There is no body wash in the room, called for few times and finally got by staff after half hour.

Located just across the road from Newcastle train station and within walking distance of almost every major destination of interest, this hotel was perfectly placed for a short visit. Breakfast buffet was good and included a machine for making waffles. The room was big and modern. Very nice stay here

Good location, right in the centre of everything.
Excellent car park at station opposite, £12 Friday to Monday so good value.
Amazing breakfast - especially waffle machine!
Had trouble when first arriving, room was booked as room with a city view however all we could view was the bins! So asked to be moved, lady on desk was a bit rude and abrupt but did eventually move us to a different room when we kept asking to be moved. Room again didn’t really have a city view but after 6 hours driving I was too tired to keep asking.
Room was overall nice, few issues with cleanliness but overall pretty good.
Would return for the breakfast and location… aslong as I wasn’t looking at bins again.
