Big4 Ingenia Holidays Phillip Island

I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The person in charge at the counter was helpful in explaining the cabin location and providing necessary information, making the check-in process smooth. The cabin itself was clean, and all the kitchen equipment was complete, which made our stay comfortable. However, I noticed that the facilities for kids were not as extensive as in other Big4 parks. The nearest town is Cowes around 15mins by car. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Always love Big 4 quality and customer services are great , we stayed at big 4 Ingenia philip island this time however still love the old style jumping pillows before more fun for kids. Best location close to everything and we have quality time there. Thank you for having us ✅

The beds were completely comfortable, 1 car parking, small bathroom so if your a bigger person take note but it was a good as it gets kitchen was dainty and sweet but was equipped well, cutlery, plates, washing up stuff And Microwave was great. Heating and cooling was well worth the for the quick change of temp. Close enough to everything. Thank you so much for a great experience we hope to come back again and enjoy Cabin 10.

10 “BIG4 ingenia Holiday Phillip island” From when we arrived early they let us check in early we’re super friendly and knowledgeable of local things to do and weather which was important for our stay, also the room when we arrived was better then some 4 star hotels we had stayed out great quality cooking appliances and utensils as well as washing machine and dryer all in A1 condition and comfy beds in both rooms highly recommend and we will definitely be back no more staying at overpriced places around the island this place was amazing and had kids playground games rooms with arcade games and even a jumping pillow for all age kids couldn’t recommend this place enough even had separate kitchen rooms and bbq area for people staying in campers or caravan without those facilities in them and clean showers and toilets if you haven’t tried big4 ingenia definitely give them a try we will be back

We recently stayed and I must admit, I was taken aback by the price we paid, given that it was alot less than what we paid at another holiday park on Phillip Island. However, upon arrival, it became clear why it was so affordable. Despite reading and seeing photos of a pool, jumping pillow, and buggies for the kids to ride, there was no pool, the jumping pillow was nothing like the photo, and the buggies were available for hire at $10 every 30 minutes. The cabins were small and had a musky stale smell, with mold present. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable, but luckily, the kids had their Xbox to keep them occupied while in the cabin. The kids were disappointed, and so are we. The area was nearly empty, with only one other person present. It was a shame, as our expectations were not met. But, it was quiet, nice to see the ducks and you can get up close to them and the staff are lovely and welcoming.

***** for staff - friendly and helpful ***** for location ***** animal life - friendly water hens, bunnies, geese.. brought a smile to my face. *** for cabin. It’s was clean and tidy. I shouldve known that ‘budget’ was not going to be anything flash. That was my fault. What was annoying was that the bathroom sink was unusable due to extreme smells emanating from the pipes. And the smoke alarm was dodgy and one night went off at 4am, then again around 5am. Removed it and tried putting it back up when I woke - but it continued to scream. However when I informed staff they were extremely helpful. I’ll probably be back - I’ll just be more mindful what I book.

Roomy cabins on beautiful grounds! Both the cabin and the park grounds were neat and tidy. The walk to the beach from the park is quick with several beach paths, making this a great family destination. The staff were friendly and there is plenty to do at the park as well as on Phillip Island itself.

We stayed here for two nights. A lovely park with easy beach access. Perfect location to explore Phillip Island and the surrounding areas. The staff were so lovely, the amenities were spotless. We had a powered caravan site and the site was huge. Plenty of space. Will definitely be returning again!
