Thank you for the hospitality and the thoughtful note champagne bottle and swan towels on the bed. What a beautiful gesture. Made our anniversary stay memorable

The room was great. Bathroom wasn’t the same as the photos show, and the fireplace and heater didn’t seem to warm the room. It also was a disappoin**ent we weren’t able to dine in at the restaurant, wish we knew a head of time to make reservations. Staff was friendly. Just should upgrade a lot of the stuff for the price

This property is amazing! The views from the rooms are gorgeous, the entire property is immaculate, the customer service is impeccable and the restaurant on site was to die for. I will absolutely be back.

Perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our Anniversary. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was toasty. Beautiful views from our balcony. Very nice pool and hot tub with much appreciated adult hours. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We will for sure be back.

Excellent customer service! We had a last minute change of plans and they did not charge us for one of the nights we cancelled after the cancellation deadline (thank you!). They also left us a bottle of champagne in the room, as we were celebrating my birthday, as well as my husbands. Really nice touch! We will be coming again.

What we didn't care for but understand was probably a code requirement was the night-lighted plug plate in the bathroom sink area near the front door. It's so bright at night it reflects of mirror back into the rooms and hard to sleep with it. It's always on when the lights our out.

Beautiful location and access out to ocean. Unfortunately the bar sink had vomit in it when we checked into the room. No excuse for that. Hotel did not comp us anything for that.

We were very happy with a surprise room upgrade! Thank you very much for this generous and hugely welcome addition to our weekend birthday getaway. I whole heartedly recommend this location. The ocean view was amazing, and the room was fantastic. This is our second stay with hallmark in new port and we will definitely be returning next year. Thanks again for great experience.
