Worst stay I've had at ANY Marriott hotel. . . I have stayed here in the past and this place has gone down. Lobby was clean, check in was smooth, front desk employees seemed helpful. . . Checked in on December 2nd for a 3 night stay, ROOM 430. After unpacking I saw a roach. . . killed it. Then a few minutes later saw 2 more. If I wasn't so tired I would have packed up and left right then and there. About an hour after in the room, my allergies started flaring up and it got worse throughout the night. Finally turned off the HVAC fan and things were a little better. Woke up about 4am after not being able to sleep well to begin packing again to checkout. Just happened to look inside the HVAC intake and it was caped with dust (no wonder my allergies were acting up). Check out, the front desk receptionist seemed to be surprised of my complaint and told me she would let the GM know when when gets in on Monday, December 3rd. I paid with points so, my unused points for the remaining 2 nights were credited back. . . No issue there. About 30 minutes after leaving the property, the receptionists called and informed me that she has spoken with the GM and that they were going to credit me back my points for the first night. Well, here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. Save yourself some trouble and find somewhere else to stay.
