Gis Hotel Nha Trang & Motorbike Rental

Stayed here on a solo trip heading from hi chi Minh to Hanoi by motorbike. Awesome staff, big size double room with private bathroom costing around $10 Aud a night. Located just outside the hustle, a quick walking distance to everything the city has to offer. Highly recommended for solo traveller and couples.

Price is very cheap, clean, good services Motorbike rental available, reception is nice, Money exchange available, airports pick up services ready ,full facilities in the room, near the beach, nice city, located at central, laundry services 24/7,

I had a long business trip in Nha Trang. I chose this hotel and stayed during the staging period. Everything is good, from service to staff is very good. They please me about everything here. I'll be back for a business trip next time.

I had changed dates during my accommodation and boss did a refund for days which I didn't stay. Also Cilo is a nice guy who is trying his best to solve client problems. In my room I didn't hear any loud noises from the street

I booked a room for 12 days. The room was pleasant enough except that there was a thin glass door between mine and the next room which would have drunk(?) tourists coming in & out as late or early as 4 am. Very disruptive being that i was on a work trip. In 12 days my room was cleaned once but the coffee, tea & water was never restocked. I rented an ols SYM Atilla scooter for 3 days & would've kept it longer but it kept stalling & ran terribly. *I'm a mechanic. I know what I'm talking about. Im normally not one to complain. I've worked in the service industry for decades & this is my first time writing a review like this. However, one day i was in the shower and there's these shampoo pump bottles. The cap wasn't on very well and my hand was slippery so it came apart & fell & broke. I told them at the desk so I could get another. They never brought me another. Instead, at checkout time, they tried to charge me 4.5 days for the brokedown scooter & the evening desk guy started getting all belligerent about wanting 150,000vnd for the shampoo bottle. I left money for the room & tried to leave. My taxi showed up and as we put the luggage in the car, the desk guy starts threatening the driver & not letting him leave. He actually stopped us from going!! The poor driver was scared the guy was going to damage his car. Finally, after a big drama from the desk guy & him screaming at the driver, I got out of the car & gave him 150, 000 vnd & I told him he was shady & a crooked hood-rat. Its really a shame that things turned out this way because otherwise my trip to Nha Trang was lovely. Ive been a resident of Vietnam for over a year & this is this worst case of the "foreigner tax" I've encountered. It wasn't even about the money so mu as the staff did the absolute bare minimum & then had the audacity to act like that. His logic was "The bottle was intact when you checked in. Its your fault." Well, if I pulled the TV off the wall or broke furniture, I might agree. But to cause all that drama over approx $6 USD was absolutely unnecessary. Anyways....I will definitely come back to Nha Trang but I will never use that hotel or any of its affiliated brands. Good luck if you do & watch out for yourself

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé : il est proche de la gare et il y a de nombreux commerces et restaurants autour. Le personnel est agréable et la chambre confortable et propre.
