First off the area and surrounding is beautiful, however the service of VinPearl staff is absolutely not 5 star, most of the time they understaffed. We paid the first night for a sea food BBQ buffet by the time I got to dish up the squid is was dead one week so old it was like rubber. The swimming pool was half filled and hot as bathing water. The room is old and very smelly, our bed had a very bad odor like old feet. When we checked out to move to the VinPearl on the mainland the staff ignored us and said take your own luggage, 5 star oh no, they should have moved our luggage for us. Then it comes to the Vin world, not enough that you pay for bad service but then you have to pay again for the world visit and more than half of the rides is off line wow this management should get out. Very unhappy with such a price and such a 3rd world service.
