Very quite and peaceful place. Overall good service and breakfast. Special shout out to the trainee Honey!l She was so kind and service minded!! Thanks for the birthday cake. And to Danny! Very helpful.
feedback: the pool in the villa suite is not warm (very cold) and was not worth it. However we recommend the spa and the massages! Thanks for the nice stay.

You can do everything such as swimming, spa, Various type of Room service, even Exercise with ocean view.

As its name says, we did feel the luxury. 24-hour service was very impressive. Staff were so polite and caring, and addressed our needs fairly fast. Food were fresh and delicious. It’s the best hotel in this trip.

작년에 신혼여행으로 방문하고 너무 만족해서 재방문
역시나 직원분들은 나트랑에서 최고의 서비스를 가지고 계셨어요
룸을 업그레이드 해주셨는데 복층이라서 오히려 다운된 느낌ㅠ
작년보다 청소 상태도 안좋아졌고..
수질이 안좋아요 필터 하루만에 까매짐
그 외 나머지 부분은 다 만족합니다
빈펄 럭셔리가 최고임

프라이빗 비치도 넓고 사람이 별로 없음
여유로운 휴양지 찾는다면 추천!
빈펄하버에 가면 볼거리 먹을거리 많아서 굳이 시내로 안나가도 됨
모든 직원분들이 친절하고 에어컨 빵빵함
룸컨디션도 나쁘지않고 1콜하면 직원응대 빠름
버기도 바로탈 수 있고 사람이 없어서 빠르게 다닐 수 있음
특히 마사지 꼭 받아야됨 진짜 전문적이고 근육이 다 터져서 새로태어난 것 같은 기분...

環境挺好的。服務也好。就是價格有點小貴，我們住的別墅就是在海灘邊的，一出去就是陽光沙灘。海水很舒服，游泳池也大。這裡邊有一個餐廳。餐廳價格比較貴。我們沒在裏面吃，去了島上另外一個水療的那個酒店，那裡價格便宜一點。自助餐早上的早餐非常豐富而精緻，總體來説還是不錯的。
