The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

Really enjoyed our one-night stay at The Giacomo! Room was stylish and comfortable. King bed mattress and linens were very nice. Shower didn’t have much water pressure but water was nice and hot. It was a really nice change from a chain hotel. The top floor lounge area was so nice as well! Front desk folks weren’t terribly friendly, but not rude either. Loved the location!! Would definitely stay again.

We made this reservation out of necessity - our original plans fell through and we needed a pet friendly hotel in the Niagara area and the Giacomo was the first that popped up. Our stay was only overnight but it was incredibly pleasant! The room was nice and clean, bathroom was a great size, bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. My only complaint is that on the hotel website it said that the pet fee was $25 and when we arrived it was $50. Not a huge difference but definitely misleading.

Wonderful art deco style hotel in the heart of Niagara Falls. Within walking distance to the falls and multiple restaurants and bars. Very nice staff and very comfortable rooms.

The sheets and blankets had tears in them and discovered at checkout there was stains from a previous stay on the comforter and the sheets

I have never been to a hotel with such an AMAZING staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The room was wonderful as well. A quick walk to the ****** and a few great restaurants.

We love this property, everything is walkable, falls are 4 minutes away walking! If you go to 18 floor you have a view to the falls i love it! Staff super friendly and room super super clean! Parking easy! I do recommend this hotel if you are looking to be near the falls! Family environment as well! Love staff! Love the food, breakfast was delicious!
