The website had it was 10 dollars a day for parking, before I even received a key I had to pay 19.95 for parking in their lot. The room was really hot, but turning on the air conditioner was really loud, we were unable to sleep. Not to mention the fire alarm or something kept beeping like the batteries were low.

Medical ********* Users Beware: This hotel is a zero tolerance area for us. They do not permit medicating in the flower form ANYWHERE on the property. This despite ********* having been fully legalized in the state of New York. I did not find this out until after I arrived at the hotel. At the front desk they have placed a placard that lets everyone know this is a '100% no smoking property. On that placard they are clear to say that includes tobacco and ********* products. They go into detail about how vaping is also included in that. *Any trace evidence or potential odor emanating from you or any potential smell of it in your room lands you with a $250 fine from the hotel.*
I double checked with the desk staff about this being inclusive of medical ********* users. He said yes.
I also asked for further clarification on what grounds for this extra charge would be, and he would not provide it.
What this felt like to me was discrimination, misinformation, and the potential for a quick cash grab and an extra $250 for the hotel.
I walked out of the reservation because as a traveler in pain from the journey, I needed to medicate. I did not need the extra charge, discrimination, or trouble.
This hotel would be well advised to more accurately represent themselves on the booking site, as well as their own. This standard is listed nowhere on either.

This hotel i would not recommend... My vehicle got broke into and stuff got stolen that i bad bought at the mall.... They do charge hidden fees that they do not disclose... When I called about the Fees and my car getting broken into the guy could only say sorry.. save money and dont stay your car isnt safe on their property

The room I got was not in proper condition. It was moldy as the area down the window was wet. Don’t know how but probably the A/C was leaking but for a long time as the area has grown mold. How can the staff give such a room to a guest? I picked the room for city view but when wanted to have the view, our socks got wet and had to stay away from the window area. Spent $200 for such a hotel room. Really not worth and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not stay here. Bathroom made very loud noises. AC/heater dripped water and there was a big wet spot on the carpet. Woman at front desk was not welcoming and Saturday morning when I went down to the Starbucks and saw it was closed I asked her if it would open at all that day and she just said no with an attitude, no apology or explanation. False advertising a Starbucks in the lobby if you ask me. I would never stay there again.
