나이아가라 폭포는 너무 멋있었어요. 호텔 조식도 좋았고 모노레일을 탄다면 바로 앞이라서 위치도 좋았어요. 베리 굿!

很舒適地理位置很好 鄰近falls incline railway 不到三分鐘直達大瀑布 而且價錢親民包括早餐 雖然早餐一般 但是很高性價比 工作人員禮貌友善

The hotel facility was good and the breakfast eating area was nice although the food selection was quite limited. The $20 parking fee for the 5 hours we were at the hotel (3 AM until 8 AM) was completely unwarranted in my opinion, and if I had been properly informed of this charge before arriving at the hotel I would definitely have selected another brand. This was the first time I have paid to park at a hotel I was staying at in my entire life .... and I hope the last time as well!

The staff that greeted/checked me in weren't the most welcoming or friendly. Renovations were being done although notices were posted about it. The heater in the room is extremely noisy as well as walls are thin. I found lots of hair in the bedding, unfortunately.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dated but clean enough although there was hair in the bathroom corners - not ours! The hot tub was out of service and the pool was just getting chemicals thrown in it when we went to swim so we passed! Breakfast is average. Overall fine for the cost

Hotel room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable with nice soft sheets. Only 1 elevator. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Hot breakfast was included and had a good variety of food: DIY waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, cold cereal, coffee, tea, juice (apple & orange), and fresh fruit. The breakfast staff were kind and efficient ladies. The location is also very convenient because it is within walking distance to the Fallsview ******, OLG Stage, and the Falls. It is not a fancy hotel but it was good enough for 1 night stay.
