The hotel feels old but the views of Niagara Falls are really great! Was given a horseshoe view room at first which I didn’t quite like it and the staff didn’t validate the card properly and we couldn’t enter the room. The room lock is also abit faulty. Was given the option to upgrade the room for $150CAD a night for the Canadian and US falls view which was wonderful. Really enjoyed the room. The shower was hard to use. The breakfast was quite bad also.

The room view was not how it posted. Been told have to add extra 200 to get the same view as it post here. View good enough though.

No hot water shower, terrible elevator and terrible breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel to stay.

Couldn’t sleep all night dust everywhere when called guest service they sent a cleaning lady to wipe the headboard but the dust was everywhere. When called back again the operator said she will call us back and never did. Ended up sleeping on the sofa when I talked to manager in the morning and showed videoed of everything how the dust is floating all over the bed she told us we will give you $100 back. I was already upset then to hear this which I paid almost $400 room which we didn’t even sleep in, it really made me think how this hotel is. Worst hotel to stay in. Never going back

Always best to stay at Embassy sweet by hilton niagara. It was my second time of stay and as satisfactory as ever. Strongly recommend it.

Great and fast service. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were all nice and warm. The vouchers received during check-in were 120% useful. A bit disappointing about breakfast, but the restaurant's view was perfect!
