The hotel is well located , but very poorly insulated for sound you can hear the outside (cars, motos) and the inside (music)

Everything is good. Waterpark is best’s for our kids . Prefer falls view

Very lovely room view with view of both falls! Very quiet and clean, bed was comfortable as well. Will highly recommend if you’re looking for a hotel from Canada side of the falls as we felt this hotel location was the best one. Also comes with free shuttle bus pass for each hotel customer.

One of the best stays in NF. I stayed at the falls view and it was worth every penny. It’s a bit ridiculous that you have to pay 40$ for parking. Other than that everything else was ok.

We arrived early and needed to store our luggage, the front desk was friendly and able to accommodate our requests, once the room was ready they sent a text message and we were able to get checked in.

The hotel is well positioned in front of the falls.
Very convenient to walk the bridge to cross the border.
A lot of guests and only 3 elevators makes the movements across floors hard sometimes, long waiting time in front of the elevator

The worst ever service. No mobile charger port in the room. The front desk doesn't listen to your requests. I won't recommend anyone this hotel..except for location nothing is good. Hopeless service.

The location was great as far as being close to the falls & the attractions for kids. There was the most beautiful courtyard/garden right out in front of the hotel that you could enjoy. The elevators have no rhyme or reason. If you’re not wanting to spend an arm & leg on eating out, you can take the wego bus to the local restaurants where they are MUCH more reasonable prices & do not charge a tourist tax fee. We suggest Chuck’s, it was great food & service! If I were to come back, I would stay at the opposite end-closer to the horseshoe falls/table rock area.
