Great hotel great location. check-in is so easy. Very clean hotel. The pool is great and is open until 11 pm, I highly recommend it in a great location close to all the amenities. Easy parking space.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was delighted with the experience. The new renovations truly elevated the ambiance – clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The room was a haven of tranquility; not a hint of noise disrupted my stay. Super happy with the upgraded accommodations!

Service was good. Is just that we are 4 adult and 1 kid we don’t have enough towels and no hand soap in the washroom. Room is clean and tidy.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Rooms have been renovated and are modern clean looking. Sheets on our bed were too short for the bed. Lobby, pool and fitness center closed for ongoing work. Hotel entrance is now a back door that is not easy to find and signage directing you to the temporary entrance can only be read if you get out of your vehicle. Did not eat at the adjoining Keg as it is expensive for our taste.

We lived in 2 Queens, room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to the Wheels (Clifton area).

I would like to write this letter to express my satisfaction and provide feedback regarding your hotel. Overall, I am pleased with the hotel's environment, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The service provided was excellent. The only aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the general condition of the indoor facilities. I hope the hotel can consider making some improvements and upgrades to the facilities. However, overall, I am still very satisfied with my stay experience.
Once again, thank you and your team for taking care of me and providing excellent service. I look forward to the opportunity to stay at your hotel again in the future.
