Everyone at the hotel was really friendly. When we were checking in, they showed us different rooms and let us choose what we wanted. They also brought us up a mini fridge because we needed one. The room was warm and cozy. I especially loved the bed and the fireplace. The restaurant had very good food and the atmosphere wss beautiful.

Close walk to the ****** and the falls, would have loved to try the restaurant but it was closed when we were there! Affordable and comfortable stay in the Niagara area.

I've been to Niagara Falls over 20 times. This by far was the best experience for hotel and more importantly an outstanding hotel team.

We booked a stay for December 27th as we were getting married that afternoon. I emailed the Old Stone Inn regarding our stay and to let them know it was for our wedding night. We have stayed here on numerous occasions previously and were excited to return. We checked in still dressed in wedding attire - not even a congratulations. Our room was the very first room next to the entrance / lobby. There was an adjoining room with a family with small children in it. Not a romantic situation to be in whatsoever. Our room was dated and dirty/very dusty and dark. A housekeeper opened our door at 9AM and walked in and a gentleman tried coming in while I was in the shower. Shower was creaky and dark and musty. Such a complete and utter disappointment. No acknowledgement or good bye when checking out - worst $300 ever spent.

The staff was great. Very accommodating for the pups we had. We were there in the dead of winter for one night so there was nothing much to do. My only real complaint was there was no coffee downstairs in the morning and the restaurant didn’t open until 8am. However, the front desk person went into the closed restaurant for me and came out with a French press full of coffee!! So I blame the weather on lack of things to do and the restricted hours of the restaurant. Again, the staff was so amazing and accommodating.

Wonderful stay and the kindest service! The receptionist gave us great local recommendations and was so kind! Room was cozy and clean, quiet and the shower had great water pressure. Way better than a basic chain hotel!
