很滿意，這是第二次入住了，老闆對我説，歡迎回家😊😊😊。看到酒店已翻新，衞生和環境比之前好相當多了，前台服務進步很大。就是又忘記拍照了，門口有紅色601公交去瀑布城遊玩相當便利。很贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

At Niagara Lodge and suits the one room had no working smoke detector, the phone didn’t work in the room, had no toilet paper so had to go down to get some, the room was freezing cold even with the heat on at night, the other room had no phone at all. We had to keep the doors open to the connecting room (our friend was in the other room) to heat our room in the mornings. We also told the evening staff on the Friday night about it and they were supposed to come up and fix it and never did at all the whole weekend. Also the indoor pool isn’t open. We will never return there again. It’s not worth what we paid.

There were noises fun the above room the entire time. And the bathroom ceiling had many water bubbles which started dripping. It was very annoying and made the whole floor wet.

The only complaint I have is that I saw a cockroach in the breakfast area but overall it was pretty good stay for the price

It was a comfortable stay, I got a room in the main building (instead of the motel-like rooms surrounding the parking lot). The heater was working and I’m happy to be kept warm! The rooms are a little outdated and there was no hair dryer and the phone wasn’t hooked up, but it’s fine because I got a fantastic price!!! I can’t believe there was free breakfast too!!! It was delicious. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Niagara Falls.

We've stayed here before. It's very clean, rooms are big, there's a fridge/micro & staff is attentive. Free breakfast too. This is NOT one of those "you get what you pay for". It's economical & great. We would come back.

It’s little disappointed expectations for me the room without heating and the TV is not working properly the last before I check out I saw the beds bud on the pillow running around I also showed the picture to the front desk lady 😩
