Stayed 1 night, good service, staff very friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

早餐，前台，房間都很不錯，但是房間可能上個客人抽煙了，房間有股煙味，主要是廁所，但問題不大，相較起來雖然看不到瀑布，但是比瀑布周邊的酒店都好！

非常滿意，比我最近二十天住的酒店價格都便宜但是服務特別好。 breakfast in bed讓我特別暖心。 房間也很大，舒服。下次還會來。

很好的酒店，性價比高，早餐送到房間非常貼心。位置不錯，離瀑布不遠，泡着澡緩解一天的疲累！就是酒店的傘需要修理了，各種反轉不擋雨

나이아가라 폭포에서 가깝고, 방이 넓고 큽니다.. 조식도 맛있었고, 무엇보다 화장실이 좋았습니다. 주변에 놀거리도 많어서 좋아요

It was very clean and elegant. The breakfast fruits were just an orange and an apple...I expected mixed fruit.

This location is such a hidden gem! The outside is unassuming, but the moment you enter, you get hit with luxurious feels - coffee station and , jazz music, elegant furnishings, and kind front desk staff. They do everything they can to accommodate you! Things that really stood out to me were: - glass of sparkling wine from their restaurant/bar downstajrs to welcome you - breakfast in bed included in your stay - instead of battling other customers at breakfast buffets, even at the other high end luxury hotels like the hilton or embassy - gorgeous bedroom suites and thoughtfully stocked accommodations - i stayed in a 1 bed king suite with the steam shower, they even had a grapefruit scented shower steamer for an aromatherapy experience in your makeshift one man sauna! They had bathrobes, slippers, and lovely massage shower soaps. It was awesome! - beds and pillows were sooo lovely. I loved how they had 3 soft and two firm pillows for any sleeper! Honestly, out of all the hotels in niagara, this is the most luxe ive been to. The only downside is the location is not as central as the hilton/embassy etc. However it is definitely still walkable. for the quality of hotel, id be hard pressed to go anywhere else when staying in Niagara. Looking forward to coming back soon!
