One of the best continental breakfasts we’ve had! Friendly staff and good location. Only downfall was issues with the WiFi at first

A nice property just outside the NOTL main drag. Not a whole lot close by so you would need to walk/drive to the Main Street.
Room was spacious and breakfast was enjoyable.

Good location. Clean facilities. Close to the old town and all Shaw theatres. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a very good place to stay in notl.

We had a wonderful room with a jet tub in it. The issue was the noise that started with the cleaning staff at 6-7 am and then the breakfast crowd across the hall from our room. I would have given up the neat tub to have a quieter room.

Staff was so friendly and hotel was clean...beds were a bit small and the pillows could be a bit softer but overall we would definitely book again!!!

I had a really good time at this hotel. The room is beautiful, its clean and its modern. The check in was easy and the staff at the front desk was great. I believe Laura was her name, and she was friendly and very welcoming. Would stay here again when back in the area!

It’s a quaint property, like an upscale bed and breakfast. It’s beautiful and fitting for Niagara on the lake. The images on ******* and Google make it look shabby while the hotel is actually quite nice and upscale. I usually stay at the Sheraton for work, and I would say that this is a nice hotel compared to 4 star hotels with other brands. Also, Penny is an excellent host.
